Diplomatic Dressing is a personal styling service designed to help you build a wardrobe that fits your real life, your budget, and reflects your authentic self. The goal is to make getting dressed quicker, easier, and more enjoyable—while helping you look and feel confident every day.

Our work together includes three elements. All three can be done in-person or virtually.

1. Lifestyle & Wardrobe Sync
We start by talking through your real daily and weekly life, upcoming special events, and work needs. This ensures your wardrobe actually matches your calendar.
We’ll also:

• Take basic measurements (bust, waist, hips, height)

• Review your color palette

• Identify your personal “style words”
  
  

2. Closet Curation
We go through your closet together to assess what’s working, what isn’t, and where the gaps are.
During this session, we will:

• Try on key pieces

• Edit your wardrobe for fit and function

• Identify what to keep, tailor, consign, or donate

• Create a list of wardrobe gaps

Within one week, you’ll receive a personalized style memo that includes:

• A recap of your lifestyle and wardrobe needs

• Your color palette and style words

• A targeted shopping list with suggested links

• Recommendations for tailoring and consignment

3. Your Personal Lookbook
After you’ve made any planned purchases, we’ll meet again (in person or virtually) to:

• Integrate new pieces into your wardrobe

• Create styled outfits

• Photograph complete looks for you

You’ll receive these photos to save on your phone as your own personal lookbook—so you’ll always know what to wear for meetings, trips, and everyday life.

You’ll walk away with:

The full process takes approximately 6 hours total, including:

• 30 minutes: Lifestyle & Wardrobe Sync

• 3 hours: Closet Curation

• 2.5 hours: Personal Lookbook

The total investment for the complete Diplomatic Dressing experience is $900.

Yes! All parts of the process can be done either in person or virtually via Zoom.

Yes—strategically and intentionally. You’ll receive a curated shopping list with recommendations and links for pieces that fill genuine gaps in your wardrobe. The focus is on buying well, buying once, and making the most of what you already own.

Never. This is a collaborative process. You’re always in control of what stays and what goes. My role is to help you assess fit, function, and alignment with your current life and style goals.  We can even discuss how to maintain sentimental pieces in a way that honors them without letting them clutter your day-to-day wardrobe.

Your measurements, style words, and personal lookbook give you a framework you can use moving forward. Many clients return for seasonal refreshes, life transitions, or wardrobe tune-ups.
